This week on Jazz Unlimited with Paul Anthony we pay tribute to one of the giants of jazz, Charles Mingus. whose one hundredth birthday anniversary is April 22, 2022. We'll feature Mingus music, of course, as well as parts of an interview I did with him in the early 70's and some technical notes about one of the most famous recordings in jazz AND comments from a piano player who literally fled the country because he provoked Mingus.
