Peter Breggin is known as the "conscience of psychiatry". He is a long-time critic of shock treatment and psychiatric medication. Instead, he advocates psychotherapy, education, empathy, and love. In our conversation, which is centred around his new book COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey, Peter discusses who the global predators are; why they are preying on us; what their end game is; and how we can defend ourselves against them.
