The Constitution is worthless

Koos Malan is professor of public law at the University Of Pretoria, and was a state prosecutor and magistrate before that. He is probably the smartest person in South Africa, where constitutional matters are concerned. The reason why the prof is unable to distinguish between a religious text and the Constitution, is because both are essentially the same. Watch the video
