Today I’m sharing the content from a new mini-course on how to shift your mindset. It comes with a 21-day challenge to use affirmations to create positive change. I have use affirmations a lot in my work. They are proven to be effective and have certainly worked for me and I’m excited to share them with you EPISODE RECAP Today is a little bit different. I’m going to share the audio from this mini-course with you (3:18) If you’re not familiar with affirmations, here’s what they are (5:39) We all have affirmations in our head all the time. There are things you can do to become more aware of them (7:16) The first thing I want you to do is pick 5 statements you believe in each area of your life (8:14) Once you have your list, write 3-5 positive statements next to each neutral/negative statement (12:17) You should now have a long list of positive affirmations. Now we need to hear them every day, twice a day.
