It’s not exactly what we might think. Daniel has been involved in hostage negotiations numerous times in different countries. We discuss the personal toll this kind of work takes. Daniel is a lawyer by training, with a post-doctorate from Columbia University, and has spent the last twenty-five years working with governments and development institutions worldwide, focusing on economic development and political reform through financial literacy, political inclusion, and constitutional initiatives.
