B”H My guest today grew up with the feeling that nothing is too big for her.  Today Chany is the CEO of Cavalry Associates, a design and expediting firm with in-house Architects, Engineers, and expeditors that specialize in obtaining all approvals and permits for NYC construction projects which has very rapidly become an industry leader. She thought she was going to open a property management company, but G-d had other plans and she followed along. Maybe that’s also the secret to success: Nothing is too big when you bring G-d with you, right? Listen to Chany on this. Chany grew up in the Chassidic neighborhood of Boro Park Brooklyn and after a few years working in property management decided to go solo with her brother and open shop. Within a  short 6 years, she’s expanded her business services and grown a team of 25 people. Pay attention to how she embarked on entrepreneurship ,and how she deals with hiring despite being a perfectionist, control freak perhaps at times. Chany’s unconventional advice for those of us having difficulty delegating personal finance responsibilities to our husbands. Chany speaks from experience! This and more with the lovely Chany Rosen.
