読売新聞、米ＡＩ企業を提訴　「記事の著作権侵害」訴え―東京地裁

読売新聞東京本社、東京都千代田区生成ＡＩ検索サービスを提供する米新興企業パープレキシティに記事の著作権を侵害されたとして、読売新聞東京本社、大阪本社、西部本社の３社は７日、記事の使用禁止や計約２１億６８００万円の損害賠償を求める訴訟を東京地裁に起こした。 The Yomiuri Shimbun has sued U.S. artificial intelligence-powered search engine Perplexity at Tokyo District Court for alleged copyright infringement of the major Japanese newspaper's articles, seeking a total of some 2,168 million yen in damages.
