台湾積体電路製造のロゴマーク【台北時事】日本の半導体製造装置メーカー東京エレクトロンは７日、台湾子会社の元従業員１人が、半導体受託生産世界最大手、台湾積体電路製造の機密情報を不正に取得したとされる事件に関与していたと発表した。 Japanese chipmaking equipment maker Tokyo Electron Ltd. said Thursday that a former employee of its Taiwanese subsidiary was involved in the illegal acquisition of confidential information of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.
