東京エレ子会社の元従業員ら３人起訴　ＴＳＭＣ機密取得事件―台湾

台湾積体電路製造のロゴ【台北時事】台湾高等検察署知的財産検察分署は２７日、半導体受託生産世界最大手、台湾積体電路製造の機密情報を不正に取得したとされる事件で、日本の半導体製造装置メーカー東京エレクトロンの台湾子会社の元従業員ら３人を国家安全法違反の罪で起訴したと発表した。 Taiwanese prosecutors announced on Wednesday the indictment of a former employee of a Taiwanese unit of Tokyo Electron Ltd. and two other people in a case in which confidential information of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. was illegally obtained.
