Rowney Artists’s oil colour: Indian yellow, olive green. Daler Rowney Georgian: Naples yellow. Mitch occasionally uses terre verte, neutral grey, phthalo green lake, vandyke brown. He doesn’t use black. “My dark tones are a mixture of the ‘mud’ on my palette created by the constant mixing and muddying of the colours above.
