19: Juli Muhameti and the God who Saves

Juli Muhameti is a national from Albania and he believes in the God who saves. He was just 14 years old when he become a Christian after he was challenged to read the Bible, both Old and New Testaments at the same time. Somewhere in the middle of Exodus and John, God opened his eyes. Juli put his faith in Christ and received the gift of eternal life. Juli grew up in a culturally Muslim household and he speaks about how less than one percent of Albania’s 2.9 million people are evangelical Christians. Juli is married to Suela and they have two daughters Amelia & Ema. He and his wife studied at GLO Bible College in Scotland and when they came back to Albania they began to serve in church planting and started a new youth ministry in Vlore. Their dream is to see healthy disciple-making youth ministries all across Albania, and are burdened for the thousands of young people in their country who do not yet know Christ.
