Are In-Person Meetings Really Better?

We are at least 3 months into COVID and the shutdown that’s gone along with it and one of the things we’re struggling with is what to do with our office. We’re not so sure that we actually need it. We have employees in 4 different states now and we’ve been communicating with our staff so effectively without seeing each other in-person. We’ve hired new people, brought on new clients, expanded with old clients. We’ve had great operations this whole time.
