Journey to $100 Million - A podcast by Erik J. Olson & Kevin Daisey

While Erik was in China at his Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) conference, he learned a very important concept from the keynote speaker. Erik learned that over time, a lot of companies will continually innovate. This innovation allows for other companies to come in and swoop up business because they can satisfy those consumer needs at a lower cost (since they are not wasting as much money and time on innovation.) That got Erik thinking about Array Digital. Today on Journey to $100 Million, listen in as Erik explains why we decided to get rid of a specific service here at Array Digital. There was one innovative service we offered that took us a tremendous amount of time, had a relatively high cost associated with it, and was not immensely important to our clients. We realized we did not want to innovate past what our clients wanted. Our goal should be to always focus on what our customers want, what we do best, and execute it tremendously. Want to know what service we realized we no longer needed? Listen in on today’s episode! — Erik Olson is an award-winning digital marketer & entrepreneur. The Founder & CEO of Array Digital, he is also the host of the Journey to $100 Million Flash Briefing and daily podcast, and the organizer of the Marketers Anonymous monthly meetups. — Kevin Daisey is an award-winning digital marketer & entrepreneur.
