This can come from your management, other employees, maybe even your clients. Everyone makes mistakes but we also take a lot of preventative measures to make sure those mistakes we make never happens again. We are a learning organization and we fix our process to make sure things like this don’t happen ever again. You have to make sure no one badmouths your employees by defending them if they had good intentions. Most of your employees want to do good work and when you allow someone to badmouth them, it breaks down the morale and the fabric of your company and you cannot allow that to happen.
