New Problem - Milestone Anniversaries

We have been around in one form or another for going on 10 years now. Kevin started his business in 2009 and Erik started his first business in 2009 as well. They formed Array Digital 3 years ago and when that happened, a few of the employees who had existed with either of those two companies came along. Because of that, there are some employees who have been around for 5 years even though Array Digital has been around for only 3.
