Scheduled Emails - Set It and Forget It

We have a few web series where we interview people live: Managing Partners and Lunchtime Live (which we are winding down now). One each one of these series, Erik has a couple of emails go out. About 5 days beforehand, he has one go out as a reminder to the person that the event is upcoming. Before, Erik would just try to remember to send it but it’s easy to forget. The 2nd email is sent right after the interview concluded to say ‘thank you, you did great, do you have anyone you’d recommend for the recording.’ Erik has recently automated the draft email and scheduled it for the future.
