The Coaching Leadership Style

Kevin recently attended a leadership workshop. One of the leadership styles he learned about was the coaching style. Coaches need to know when to draw the line between when to coach more and when to declare an employee is not the right fit. Core values help define who should come onto the team. If you make it onto the team then you exhibit the core values and you're coachable.
