Journey to $100 Million - A podcast by Erik J. Olson & Kevin Daisey
Categories:
We are in the midst of the Coronavirus crisis and as a result Erik has had a lot of news sent to him. The news isn't something that Erik goes out searching for on a normal basis. For the most part he waits for the news to come to him. Whenever there is something big going on usually he hears about it from other people around him. Recently his wife told him to check out an article about the Coronavirus in the local online newspaper. As he went to read it he saw one of our ads for our clients posted on the website. He was shocked. He couldn't believe that one of our competitors was allowing our ads to be placed on their website. He understood that they were probably looking for a short-term gain, and given the fact that they probably aren’t making as much money these days it's probably important, but he was still very surprised to see this. When it comes to business don't fall into that trap. It is almost always better to think about the long-term gain than the short-term. — Erik J.
