This week on the podcast I was so happy to speak with  Lelia Schott. Lelia is the founder of the online advocacy and consulting group, Synergy: gentle parenting resources, a freelance writer, children’s book writer, family wellbeing advocate and certified parent coach. She lives in a small coastal town in South Africa. As a mother to four sons and two daughters, aged 23, 21, 19, 16, 9 and 6 she is practicing what she is teaching. On her best days she can be found swimming in the ocean or spending time in nature with her family.
