Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio we welcome The Heavy Hours to the show. With a distinctive strain of warm-hearted, open-armed alternative rock the band has quickly amassed a big following not only by music fans across North America, but critics as well. Last year, the Cincinnati-based band released their first single “Don’t Walk Away,” a folksy anthem co-written by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys and just this past August, their debut EP 'Wildfire' saw the light of day. Join us as lead singer Michael Marcagi, guitarist AJ Yorio and Bassist Jonathan Moon share their story of the first practices they had, what makes Ohio music special, pre-show rituals and more.
