In this episode, I talk with Olympic, World & European medal-winning coach Luke Preston more excitingly Luke is my coach.  It was a great privilege to have Luke on and I would say this is possibly my favourite episode so far!  We discuss running a full-time centre, coaching at Olympic games and sacrifices an elite coach has to make to help athletes reach their potential.  My favourite quote from the episode is "The players that are really good or even great, make you, force you to become a better coach."
