Today we are talking all things health & fitness — particularly, why you may not be seeing the results you want. Grab your coffee, wine, or bag of lesser evil's paleo puffs AND a notebook, because this is an episode chock-full of info. And it also might make you hungry. My sister and I were talking the other day about how we feel so good about our relationship with food, and how we feel so content with the results that we've seen with our health and fitness. However, we also realized that a lot of our friends and women/men our age do not share the same feelings. With all the information out there on the ~interweb~ I wanted to discuss the topic of how to get results with health and fitness, but how to actually do it the right way. I wanted to touch on the most common misconceptions out there about diet, nutrition, working out, and wellness as a whole and then actually provide you with what I have come to know to be true. Disclaimer: I am not a not a nutritionist nor a medical professional, so always consult your doctor if you're thinking about trying something different with your health or fitness. I am only here to share my personal experience and help you avoid some of the mistakes, or falling into the trap of misconceptions like I once did!
