I wish I listened to this episode when I was in the trenches of disordered eating patterns. I wish I listened to this episode when I lived in a constant state of fear — restricting and bingeing during the holiday season. I wish I would've been told that it's okay to overeat at Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner and not punish yourself for it by going to the gym for 3 hours the next day. I wish someone would've told me to focus on my friends, family, and the conversations to be had, rather than how bloated I was and how guilty it made me feel.
