Cleveland's Balloonfest Catastrophe with Adam from Gogglebox

In the 1980s Cleveland Ohio was known as 'The Mistake on the Lake’. The city was famous for its high crime rate, high unemployment rate, & a toxic river so polluted it literally caught fire every few months.
