So, what I do is I create like bankruptcy. With my with my to do list, and just start it over again and go to a handwritten version so one of the 39 items on the list and then just circled those that are sort of most pressing and most annoying. These aren't like goal related things they just action items and circle the ones that are the most annoying and or are the most painful to not get done, and then just pick one out and go to work on it and then start to create some momentum around that one and that typically gives me back from a place of being like an overwhelmed, to being in some sort of flow and this was inspired by a Dale. He used to do. I don't think he doesn't 2021, I think he stopped from doing this type of work but he would do a challenge that would basically take people from zero to a business in a year. And he had something that was called the focus binder I don't know that was his thing where you sit down, although he literally declared bankruptcy. That was designed to do for about 15 minutes This takes me about 10 minutes to do because I don't typically get that far away from where I need to get to, but it gets it to a place where we can just, you know, breathe and take a breath of fresh air, to be able to start and get to work on what you're doing what I'm doing because I wanted to focus on creation and building stuff in between doing any every one of the action items I also record a audio message and then put something out there that might be a little bit more valuable so it's like it's do one thing that's a pain, like, gets an incomplete, that is taking away from my self expression because it's annoying me, and then do one thing that propelled me forward towards my goals, that's the way that we do it. have an amazing day.
