Today we are joined on the Brain Booster by coach Dylan Bawden I caught up with him to discuss the contents of his great book ‘Hit the Ball’ What a GREAT title for a golf book!! We discuss the problems and limitations of coaching with models The ‘scientific method’ of thinking which is so entrenched in the West and for so many can lead to endless frustration. Over emphasis on what is ‘right’ Instead of exploring what is right for YOU ‘Hit the Ball’ it should be as simple as that but we find ever more ingenious ways to make the game more complicated. Dylan has some great ideas to remedy this.
