Soulistica: http://facebook.com/soulistica.la/ "My musical journey began with deep house, when I was introduced to it by a friend from New York. I felt in love with deep, hypnotic sound that I associated with Burning Man sunrises. Since then through many years and events my taste shaped up into more aggressive, driving, but still deep. Movement techno festival in Detroit had by far the most influence on the way I listen, play and understand electronic music and culture. For Halloween 2019 two friends and myself decided to launch our very first event in Los Angeles. It was a successful event with 500 people, when Soulistica was born. We've partnered with local artists to decorate the space with art and give it a spooky vibe. There were 2 more events for New Years and Valentine's. Soulistica is focusing on creating experiences with music, art, visuals and interactive performers, featuring local and international deep house DJs and producers. This year my musical focus has shifted towards minimal, microhouse and Romanian influence. I'm always looking to get lost in music and appreciate, when music help me to turn inward. In my own mixes I always try to create a sense of movement in vibe, intensity, bpm. I recently acquired a set of Technics and excited to start my own vinyl collection."
