In the very first episode of Keep Calm And Kerry On, Kerry sits down with choreographer, theatre director and television judge, Arlene Phillips CBE.

Arlene will be known by many as a celebrity judge on talent shows Strictly Come Dancing and So You Think You Can Dance. She is also a world renowned Broadway and West End choreographer and director. Her resume of shows is almost endless, including Starlight Express, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, We Will Rock You and Flashdance to name but a few.

Arlene shares her story from her early days creating Hot Gossip to becoming the world renowned Choreographer and Director we all know and love. In this candid interview Arlene shares her story of ups and downs in a truly honest and captivating chat. She talks of her disappointments and how she has picked herself up in her lowest moments. She speaks of her never ending passion for dance and how she has no plans to hang up her dance shoes any time soon.
