057: Keeping a Journal

Submission Episode! This episode topic was sparked by the desire to record all the special memories and traditions of the holidays. Our kids grow so quickly and we want to be able to document each phase before it’s passed and we can’t recall the magical details. Keeping a journal feels like the habit many put on their goals every January but never make much progress… so we asked for your best journaling tips and favorite prompts.
