EP. 42 - in conversation with director and screenwriter bringing up the history of the Chechen Republic, Vladlena Sandu. The conversation begins by speaking about Vladlena's complex identity; being born in Crimea, moving to Chechnya and living through the War, becoming a displaced person in Russia and eventually finding a safe home in Amsterdam, in March 2022. Her films "Holy God" and "No Nation Without Culture" speak about the complex history of the Chechen Republic dating back to the 1940s.
