Join us this week as Kristen talks about Black SEL and mental health. This week's guest is none other than Sharonda Arnold- Ocean, a mental health expert. It has always been a dream of hers to inspire and encourage the people in her life and community. Sharonda's passion for public speaking and empowering people whether via social media or in person has evolved. So much so that it has expanded over two brands and her and her husband's mental health and coaching practice, Ocean Behavioral Health, which is based in Louisville, Kentucky. She provides therapy and coaching to people aspiring to be their best selves. Her hope is that these two brands will help us women see ourselves properly every day in every way. Kristen and her guest really dive deep into what mental health means to Black SEL. You will leave this episode educated and inspired to prioritize your mental health.Follow Sharona Arnold- Ocean on IGSharonda Arnold- Ocean Linktree✊🏾Support the Black SEL Movement: ➡️ Our Membership: The Black SEL Collective is an exclusive members-only community for Black SEL Experts and believers who stand with us in our mission to uplift, cultivate, and transform Black communities.
