Meet Hector Riva-Palacio

In the latest episode of 'Ladder Down' Kate meets Hector Riva-Palacio, who not only has a cool sounding name, his initials create an acronym which is also the name of his business – HRP that is ‘HELPING REACH POTENTIAL’. Hector has over 20 years experience of leading, coaching and developing leaders and managers. He is a Master Strengths and NLP Coach, specialising in positive and strengths psychology. Hector specialises in realising the potential of people through transformational leadership and works closely with organisations that are experiencing significant change or rapid growth. He says his strengths are being strategic, creative and detailed and believes that we all have a greater chance of reaching our full potential when we know who we are and understand our unique value.
