In 2023, we're becoming as dull and uninteresting as possible. We gave you a good two weeks into the new year before throwing something emotionally heavy at you. This time, instead of unlearning or diving deep into our psyche, we're teaching you (or perhaps enlightening you) about a technique that will get that pesky emotional ab*ser off your back- more specifically one who falls under the umbrella of narcissism.
