98. Getting Back Control of your Business by Setting Strong Client Boundaries

One of the most common struggles I see lash artists dealing with is client boundaries. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't see someone on Facebook or Instagram complaining about a client who is always late or doesn't wash their lashes. Sadly the advice I see given to these struggling artists isn't always the best. I know it can be frustrating dealing with clients who don't follow your aftercare instructions or come late to every appointment (but somehow find time to stop by Starbucks on the way in). The most common advice I see is that the lash artist should fire their client. Sounds good at first and it's for sure empowering...but is it really the best way to run your business? How many clients can you afford to fire? Today, Erika joins us and we get to sit down and talk about all things client boundaries. Tussanee has been dealing with clients for over 15 years now and has tried pretty much every tactic under the sun. Today we all sit down and share all our best practices when it comes to getting control of your clients...btw...we don't suggest you fire every client who can't abide by your rules. We like to let consequences be the teacher rather than us. Hope you enjoy this episode and as always please feel free to reach out to us on Instagram or email.
