Cheryl of Untamed Artistry joins us again to talk about the lash education industry. Cheryl is one of our favorite people and today in this episode we might step on some toes regarding this topic. While our industry is quite new, it has been around for around 15 years and not a lot has changed in how lash trainings are held around the country. Most trainings are two days: day one you learn theory and work on a doll head and on day two you work on a model or two. Cheryl thinks we can do better. Cheryl shares how there are limits to how much we can learn in one day and maybe it's time to rethink our whole training process. Because of technology, there are so many more ways for us to communicate information that can personalize the education experience. While this is a long episode, we feel it's an important one for you to hear. Once you are done with the episode, please take a screenshot of this episode and post it on IG. Let us know what you think and share it with the lash community.
