When Williamson Sintyl was just sixteen years old, a massive earthquake hit his home island of Haiti. Williamson was trapped in a collapsed building for twenty seven hours before being rescued. He soon after found the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and became a member. He has since served a mission, moved to the United States and started a family.
