5 Ways to Scale Your Subscription Box Business

You’ve launched your subscription box. Since that time, you’ve grown alongside your subscription box business. You’ve developed systems and processes and have built a firm foundation on which your business can continue to grow. In order to keep growing, you need to get in front of more people.  Expand to additional social media channels - meet your people where they are.   Optimize your inventory.  Work on a plan to get the most out of your inventory - make it work for you, not against you.  Leverage your buying power and negotiate the best deals with your vendors, including things like payment terms and shipping discounts.  Streamline fulfillment.  Consider whether a fulfillment center is right for your business.  Design a process - and space to support that process - that allows you to be as efficient as possible on packing days.  Improve retention strategies.  Don’t get so concerned about gaining new subscribers that you neglect the ones you already have!  Identify one team member to focus on customer service and retention.  Know your numbers - aim for a retention rate of at least 90%.
