Hundreds of women are part of a lawsuit against Dr. David Broadbent, a gynecologist who has allegedly abused patients at his Provo, Utah office for decades. The lawsuit was allowed to move forward after the state’s Supreme Court determined that “sexual assault is not health care” and does not qualify for a medical malpractice claim.
