Utah woman Ruby Franke, and her alleged accomplice Jodi Hildebrandt, were both charged with six counts of felony child abuse after the YouTube mom’s 12-year-old emaciated son escaped Hildebrandt’s home with open wounds and duct tape on his wrists on August 30.
