But I was wrong, and for good reason. I have to tell you that running changed my life when I wasn’t able to breathe as a super asthmatic kid. The result was a decade of dedication to the sport. In this episode, I'm diving into all things running. We are in a running boom as a society… I'll be sharing my own journey with running—how I’ve made it work alongside yoga.
