Learn Japanese 97: Oki Ni/おきに

Oki ni and Goto ni are often confused, this episode is to clear up some of that confusion. Remember: Oki Ni when compared to Goto Ni indicate period is complete. So if it is:三日おきに = Every forth day.三日ごとに = Every three days.
