Prior to Danone, Sylvia spent 12 years in marketing at Mars, ultimately becoming the global CMO of Mars Food. Sylvia spent 12 years rising through the ranks at P&G Latin America, and actually got her start at McDonald’s while in college. Sylvia studied at Unitec Mexico, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and Harvard Business School.
