The ladies want to save a neighborhood tree, but one person stands in their way, Freida Claxton.  At a meeting at city hall, Rose finally tells Mrs. Claxton how she feels, and that causes her to drop dead!  Well, now the ladies feel various degrees of guilt and feel it's their responsibility to send her off.
