Today we're heading over to Chicago, IL to talk about a fairly infamous figure in the city's history. Jon Burge had a pretty normal start to his life, then wound earning himself a place in the memory of everyone who lived in Chicago by being one of the biggest pieces of shit their police department has ever seen.
