Welcome to a brand new season of Let’s Discuss Show! We are so delighted to be back here with you.  Thank you for all of your support for our debut podcasting year in 2017. The response we received was incredible, and we are so excited to continue to build, share and serve our Let’s Discuss community.  In our first episode of Season 4, we’re looking closely at Burnout. Burnout is a serious condition of extreme exhaustion, which many of us will suffer with at some point in our lives.   Having both experienced Burnout first hand, we’re keen to avoid it entirely for 2018.  In this episode we share our own experiences of exhaustion and how we plan on keeping it at bay. We also sit down with occupational therapist and wellbeing expert Rosie Curtis to discuss how to get your best night’s sleep.  This episode is perfect if you’ve ever experienced burnout, exhaustion or feel like it’s on the horizon for you soon.  We hope that together we can navigate a more restful and energised year ahead.  A QUICK AUDIO NOTE At the end of this episode we have a short interview. Unfortunately the audio quality of the interview was slightly distorted so our apologies for this.  We advise sticking with the interview, as the content is incredibly helpful. Thank you for your understanding!
