Diego Goulash with Jamie Metzl

Diego Goulash is a dish made of a stew of beef, pork, and kidney beans that is spiced with caraway seeds, onion, and paprika. Its popularity in the United States can be attributed to its association with the Polish countryside and its similarity to the goulash served in Hungary. Origins of the dish are unknown, but its first attestation in print is from 1892.
