Are You Addicted To Your Phone? Ep 183

Live Better Now - A podcast by Zach Rance

There's a bunch of evidence that suggests that excessive use of cell phones and other devices can have negative effects on our mental health and well-being. There are many published studies that show people who spend more time on their phones are more likely to experience symptoms of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, attention deficit and difficulty communicating and problems with sleep.  So knowing all that, it's really important to be mindful of our phone use and to use phones and other devices in a balanced way, and to take breaks from screens to rest and recharge. I'm personally always trying to be more mindful of my own phone and device use by restricting my time on my phone, wearing blue light glasses, and even deleting social media apps occasionally when I feel like I need to pull back. It's important to be mindful of how much time is spent on our devices.  I'm excited to share my new book, "Live Better Now" which is available on Amazon... This book is suitable for all ages and offers practical advice on how to focus on what matters most and improve your life now.  Amazon: amzn.to/3csfVGw Zach Rance, Certified Life Coach | Certified Nutritionist Questions, Comments, or Business Inquiries Visit: https://lifecoachzach.com/  Instagram: @ZachRancey
