I haven't opened up like this in my life, and that is why it is so powerful.  It was an empowering experience for me and I'm sure some of you will resonate with this message as I know many of us have or are currently working with a mental illness of our own.  I hope you get inspired to be more open through this, it is one of the most liberating feelings ❤️
