When you put “blessing" and "succession” together, it may seem like an oxymoron. Unfortunately successions in life, whether in business, government and even the church, can mean power struggle, control, hurt feelings, and broken relationships. It may surprise you to learn succession is actually God’s idea and His plan for things to get better and better.
