Tracey also is a part of the lecture faculty of the HMA (Holistic Medicine for Addiction) with Bitten Jonsson., and is about to begin her training to become a certified SUGAR professional. She is also an author and recently released her latest book, You Have Today. In their discussion, Brian and Tracey talk about Tracey’s journey into health and personal training, COVID lockdowns in Australia, the power of kindness and helping people, Tracey’s new book, the importance of working hard at something that you love, how to make good and healthful choices for yourself, quiet strength and courage in the face of opposition, and routinely reflecting on your goals and direction in life. Life’s Best Medicine According to Tracey: “To slow down and to get quiet. When we feel lost we speed up—we want to go hard and we want to run faster. I’ve actually seen that there’s very little answer in that and we don’t get access to clarity. So, for me life’s best medicine is just to slow down.” Thank you for listening.
